CEiMB--Linguine with Shrimp & Vegetables

Oh, Farah!! What a delicious choice this recipe was.

I'm getting ahead of myself. This weeks CEiMB recipe was chosen by the lovely Farah from the blog Confessions of a Novice Baker. The picture in the book looks pretty delicious, but the taste of this dish is divine.

Ellie does it again. This will be a definite repeater in our house, thanks to Ellie and Farah! Other than extra clove of garlic and using fettuccine instead of linguine, I followed the recipe exactly.

My apologies for the bad picture. With the time change, I am having a difficult time getting nice pictures of dinner. There's just not enough light or time. Anyway, it was delicious!

If you would like the recipe, you should be able to find it on Farah's blog or you can click on the link below.

We absolutely loved this one, too! Yours looks wonderful...it's only breakfast time and I am thinking this looks like it would hit the spot...LOL. We will be making this again soon, however. I just love Ellie's recipes and am so happy I found this group through The Tortefeasor! Fun that you are here, too.

It looks fabulous! I just didn't get to it yet, but I definitely will since we love shrimp over here.
Looks great, Pam!

It looks delicious! I feel your pain with the pictures- between the time change and the weather lately, its been a real challenge. It still looks wonderful- I'll have to add it to the menu for next week.

Isn't it hard to take pictures when it's dark outside? I dread trying to do it because I'm never happy with the result!
Your pasta looks lovely, and I'm glad that this was a hit in your house!

I am always amazed that I haven't made Ellie's recipes. I think she's a genius. We have the same food philosophy and this is a dish I grew up having every week!

We were so happy with this recipe! And, I agree, the time change has just messed things up... I haven't quite adjusted yet.

It looks fabulous. We enjoyed the recipe as well.
As for the pics... I've had to resort to a flash and running around with a plate full of food to try to find the brightest room in the house.

I thought I was the only one having problems with lighting since "the change"! Ha. I am not. I love linguine. I can not believe I do not make it more. Looks so good. I am so hungry.

We loved this dish here too!
I can't get used to the darkness either......never have been able to adjust quickly....and I guess it gets worse as I get older....=))
Good point about the "dark" dinner pictures for blogging!

Looks good. I hate the dark early nights too. My photos are terrible lately!
